Tonya has worked in the Human Services field for 28 years, working for the Department of Health and Human services in the Protection and Safety unit for 20 years and 9 years in the non-profit spectrum. Tonya has 15 years of management experience. Tonya believes in the importance of community involvement. Tonya’s family centered approach in her work with families has led to her commitment to provide services and programs for families who need them through collaborations and strong partnerships with community businesses, organizations, neighborhoods, and families. Tonya enjoys spending family time with her 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Renee Foley- Program Director
Renee was born and raised in Lincoln and has always lived on the North side, Go Rockets!
Renee attended Southeast Community College where she earned her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and then taught preschool for 13 years at Bryan LGH Medical Center until she had her second child. She was fortunate to be a stay at home mom for several years until she took the position of Program Director for The Early Learning Center in April 2007.
Renee married her high school sweetheart, Mike Foley. He works for a general contractor and volunteers as NFC’s handyman to help with improvements. Renee and Mike have three children. Emily attends Southeast Community College, Kaitlyn is in 7th grade at Culler and David is a 5th grader at Riley.
Renee has a passion for working with children and families. She believes that the childcare provider and families need to have a relationship that is honest and work together as a team so the child can be successful!
